Task: Parallel conveying of different plastic parts

Plastic flower pots of different sizes are to be placed on a conveyor belt by a robot and transported out of the protective enclosure.

The flower pots are not smooth on the underside, but have a spray channel in the center which must be removed later.

The storage and collection positions should be monitored.

Solution: Double-track conveyor belt with light barriers and belt removal button

Two GL conveyor belts, connected to each other via a coupling, are mounted on a common underframe.

A common flange drive

Minimum distance between the two conveyor belts: 90mm
